Es un torneo difícil, ya que sólo uno gana, en cuartos de final Roger jugó contra Nadal y Roger perdió. El estaba enojado con el mismo porque el perdió y el tuvo 3 o 4 oportunidades para ganar el juego.
Su esposa le dió fuerzas a Roger porque el no a ganado ninguna competencia este ano.
En la semifinal jugaron Nadal vs. Novack pero Novack ganó el juego y el va al juego final. El estaba feliz con el mismo porque el ganó y va a otra final en este año.
